What is the procedure for granting advance authorisation to terminate the employment of workers or employees who are entitled to protection under Article 333 of the Labour Code?

I am employed under an employment contract with a probationary period under Article 70 of the Labour Code. I became pregnant and the employer decided to terminate my employment contract on the basis of Article 71(1) of the KT. Am I entitled to protection against dismissal because I am pregnant?
